Community Support Worker
Onshore applicants only
Visa sponsorship
Community Services · Sydney, NSW, Australia · Full-Time · $35 - $45/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored · Applicants: Onshore applicants only
Straight up, a growing community and in-home support service in Sydney wants a full-time Community Support Worker who knows the work and can handle a busy, varied caseload.
You would be the person clients rely on. You assess what they need, put a plan in place, get them connected to the right agencies and keep track of how they are doing. Clients range from older people and people with disabilities to young people and families under pressure. If you have done this kind of work in Mzansi, you know the drill.
Two things to know. You need to be already in Australia to apply. The employer says sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified and eligible candidates under subclass 407, 482, 494 or 186, as long as the employer approves, the visa requirements are met, the occupation is eligible and your circumstances fit.
Make your CV straightforward. Your Diploma of Community Services or Bachelor's degree goes first, then the agencies and client groups you have worked with, in plain words. Put your CV together with Build AI CV.
