Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These are the rules for using MzansiAbroad at mzansiabroad.co.za. They are a legal agreement between you and Red Migration FZC, written as plainly as we could manage. Each section opens with a Bottom line to get you oriented, but the full wording underneath is what counts.

1. The agreement

Bottom line: if you use the site, you are agreeing to these rules.

By visiting, browsing or applying for a job through MzansiAbroad, you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Cookie Policy. Don't agree? Then please don't use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Red Migration FZC of 108, 6th Street, Al Hamriya, Bur Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the company that owns and runs MzansiAbroad. "You" means anyone using the site.

2. What you get

Bottom line: sponsored jobs, honest guides and a quick way to apply. No account needed.

  • Job listings from employers in Australia and New Zealand who offer visa sponsorship. The roles are open to all nationalities, and the site is written for South African tradespeople and professionals.
  • Visa guides that summarise what official government sources say.
  • Blog articles and, when available, short videos about working overseas.
  • Buttons to apply by email, ask us on WhatsApp, and follow our WhatsApp channel for new jobs.

3. How you may use it

Bottom line: use it for your own job hunt, legally, and only if you are 18 or over.

  1. You must be 18 or older to apply for jobs through the site.
  2. Viewing, printing and sharing pages for your own job search, or to help a friend with theirs, is fine.
  3. Copying our listings onto another job board, or selling them or access to them, needs our written permission first.
  4. Data costs, your device and your connection are on you.
  5. We can change, pause or remove any part of the site or any job at any time, without warning.

4. About the listings

Bottom line: we publish what employers give us, and employers change their minds.

Jobs come to us from employers through the Red Migration FZC network. The role, requirements, pay and conditions are shown the way the employer described them, and the employer can change or pull a job whenever it likes. We take jobs down after the closing date, but a role can be filled before then. We take care when publishing, yet we cannot guarantee that a listing is complete, correct or still open. Confirm anything that matters before you rely on it.

5. Applying

Bottom line: you apply from your own email, and what you send must be true.

  • How it works. Apply by email starts a draft to jobs@mzansiabroad.co.za in your own email app. It only goes when you send it.
  • Got a question? Ask us on WhatsApp about any job.
  • No fakes. Your CV, certificates, references and other documents must be real, up to date and yours to share. Sending forged or doctored papers is a serious breach of these terms.
  • Who receives it. When you apply for a job, we may send your application to that job's employer. Any other employer gets it only if you say yes. The Privacy Policy has the details.

6. What we can't promise

Bottom line: we do not hand out jobs or visas, and nobody honest can guarantee either.

Employers alone decide who gets an interview, an offer and a start date. The Australian and New Zealand governments alone decide whether a visa is granted, and how fast. Nothing on MzansiAbroad is migration or legal advice; read the Disclaimer for more.

7. Off limits

Bottom line: abuse the site and you lose access.

Don't:

  • send false or misleading information, or someone else's details as your own;
  • scrape the site, copy listings in bulk or harvest them with bots;
  • try to break in, poke at the admin section, overload our servers or dodge our request limits;
  • upload or spread viruses or other harmful code;
  • pretend to be Red Migration FZC, an employer or any other person;
  • use the site, our email or our WhatsApp number for spam, harassment or scams;
  • do anything illegal.

If you do, we may block your IP address, drop your application, stop replying to your messages and, if it is serious, report it to the authorities. If your breach or false information causes a claim or loss against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.

8. Who owns the content

Bottom line: share links as much as you like, but don't copy our work wholesale.

The MzansiAbroad name and look, our guides and our articles belong to Red Migration FZC or are used with permission. Job descriptions may still belong to the employers who wrote them, and videos to the people who made them. You need our written go-ahead before republishing any of it. Linking to our pages needs no permission.

9. Platforms we don't run

Bottom line: other services and websites follow their own rules, not ours.

WhatsApp chats and our alerts channel run on Meta's platform under WhatsApp's terms. Videos play through YouTube (Google) under YouTube's terms. The other websites we link to (Build AI CV, Talent Tabloid and Skills Assessment Australia) have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for whether share buttons, WhatsApp, YouTube or government websites are up, what they publish or how they behave.

10. Limits on our liability

Bottom line: we are responsible only as far as the law insists.

As far as the law allows:

  • we provide the site "as is" and "as available", with no promise that it will always work or be free of errors;
  • we are not liable for losses from relying on a listing, guide, article or anything an employer says;
  • we are not liable for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost income or missed opportunities, or for what employers, immigration authorities or outside services do or decide.

Any rights you have by law that cannot be signed away still stand.

11. Uptime and availability

Bottom line: we try to stay online, but we can't promise it.

Maintenance, outages at our providers, network trouble or security steps can take MzansiAbroad offline from time to time, and a listing can disappear once it closes or the employer withdraws it. If a job matters to you, write down its title, link and closing date somewhere else too.

12. If a clause fails

Bottom line: one bad clause doesn't sink the rest.

If a court decides part of these terms cannot be enforced, that part is cut back only as far as needed, and everything else still applies. If we are slow to enforce a term, or don't enforce it, we can still enforce it later. These terms, with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement about using the site.

13. Law and courts

Bottom line: UAE law, Dubai courts.

The laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, govern these terms and any dispute about them or about MzansiAbroad. The courts of Dubai deal with any such dispute.

14. Updates to these terms

Bottom line: new version, new date at the top.

We may change these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site after the date shown above, you accept the updated terms.
