Melbourne bakery. Night shift. One Baker in charge. If you have the experience and the discipline, this job is worth a proper look.
You will run the bake by yourself from about 10 pm to 5 am, six nights a week. Wednesdays are off. Exact hours get sorted out with you, and you need to be a bit flexible. Bread, pastries and donuts all come out of your oven, start to finish, and the shelves need to be full when the morning crowd arrives. The regulars are loyal, so standards matter.
It is full-time, starts straight away and carries 4 weeks of annual leave. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven experience as a baker at a commercial bakery or in a hospitality setting
- Confident on your own and able to manage your own time and workflow
- Pastry knowledge is a big plus
- Reliable, punctual and consistent, because the team depends on the bake every morning, and available over the Christmas period
