Straight to it. An award-winning modern Asian restaurant in Perth wants an experienced Chef de Partie or Commis Chef who can handle real volume. The kitchen team is already successful and the food is all about big, bold, balanced flavours.
Lunch and dinner run seven days a week. Over 1,000 covers go out every week. The kitchen is shared with several other venues in the same hospitality precinct, so the work keeps changing. If you want to learn, the senior chefs are keen to train and develop their next leaders. Sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Put out exceptional food, consistent every service
- Stick to the recipes and directions from senior chefs and managers
- Run multiple sections, including pans, wok, fryers, larder and grill, on your own in a fast, high-volume kitchen
- Help the shared kitchen keep several precinct venues supplied
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 3 years on the tools as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Asian cuisine experience preferred, not essential
- Experience relevant to the job you are going for
- A commercial cookery certificate
- Willing to work flexible hours over weekends and public holidays, with the drive and willingness to grow into a leadership role
