Here is a senior finance role for someone who knows funds or property control inside out. A Sydney funds management platform wants a Senior Finance Manager for a brand-new position.
The business is boutique, entrepreneurial and growing by consistent multiples each year. You will hold financial control, keep fund operations on track every day and keep an eye on outsourced administrators, property accountants and tax advisers. NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting and financing arrangements are yours to lead. You will also assist with compliance and work alongside auditors, banks and investment partners. Key Responsibilities
- Hold financial control and keep fund operations running daily.
- Keep watch over outsourced fund administration, property accounting and tax advisers, reviewing their work.
- Lead NAV calculations, cashflow forecasting, financing arrangements and other financial reporting.
- Assist with compliance and work with internal finance and compliance teams, investment partners when needed, and external Accountants & Auditors and Bankers.
Requirements & Eligibility
- CA/CPA qualified
- FM or Senior FM experience in funds or property, relevant to the client
- Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong work ethic, and initiative shown through a proactive, positive approach to work
