Here is a Sydney opening for good pastry hands. A hospitality group there is growing, it runs several venues and a production kitchen, and it wants creative Pastry Chefs to make the desserts and baked goods its customers love.
You can come in anywhere from Demi Chef to Sous Chef. There are full-time and part-time roles. The kitchens move fast and the roster is real: days, nights, weekends and public holidays, either in a venue or on the production side.
One fact to note. Sponsorship under the subclass 482 visa may be available for the right candidate who meets immigration requirements and is already living in Australia.

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years behind the bench in a busy restaurant or production kitchen with high volumes
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or equivalent
- Hands-on viennoiserie work is highly regarded
- You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and keep a positive, team-focused attitude
- Flexible for days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Real, genuine passion for quality ingredients and for creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills, backed by sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
