No fluff here. A Perth bar and grill run by an expanding hospitality group wants a Bar Manager / Duty Manager who can hold a busy venue together.
You will run the floor and the bar, lead and train the team, keep service sharp, and stay on top of stock, cash, rosters and costs. Opening, closing and compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety rules are on you too.
You need a minimum of 3 years in a busy pub, tavern, bar or hospitality venue. The job is full-time and long-term. Subclass 482 sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the bar and venue running day to day
- Lead, train and supervise the bar and front-of-house team
- Keep customer service sharp and at an excellent standard
- Stay on top of stock control, ordering, inventory and cash
- Handle opening and closing and keep the venue compliant with RSA, liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
- Help with rosters, staff performance, cost control and functions, events and promotions
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant hospitality management or supervisory work
- Strong leader
- Strong communicator
- Time in a busy pub or tavern environment
- Current RSA certificate
- WA Approved Manager accreditation, or prepared to obtain it
- Works evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional; can work independently
