Here is a straight opportunity for a chef who likes being in charge. A riverside café in Perth runs a busy breakfast and lunch trade and needs a Head Chef, also called a Senior Chef or Kitchen Lead, to own the kitchen.
No night shifts here, since service stops after lunch. Weekends are a different story, and you must be available for them.
Your job is to lead the crew, keep every plate up to standard and stay on top of costing, margins, waste and stock. The employer says sponsorship may be available for an exceptional candidate, subject to experience, performance, suitability and applicable visa requirements.
