Sydney is calling for skilled cooks. An à la carte restaurant doing casual fine dining wants Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs who can start immediately, in casual or full-time positions. The restaurant is one of several growing venues in a hospitality precinct on the edge of the CBD.
You report directly to the Executive Chef and stay in the thick of the daily running of the place. Chefs from Mzansi who want to build skills and move up quickly should take a look. Sponsorship is available to the right candidate if required.
