Straight up, a respected, growing hospitality group wants a Head Chef for its waterfront restaurant. About 80 seats, bold modern Australian food, small and share plates, everything made in-house with local produce. The kitchen needs a leader, not a passenger.
You work out the menus with the owner, put the team together, train them and run service from the pass. It is full-time on a 38-hour week. Head chefs are welcome, and so are senior sous chefs ready for their first head chef role. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person. Requirements & Eligibility
- Cooking experience in modern Australian food with bold flavours, and comfort on grill and fire
- Experience leading a kitchen through busy service, plus knowledge of kitchen numbers and systems
