Duty Manager

Visa sponsorship

Hospitality · Bunbury, WA, Australia · Full-Time · $75,000 - $85,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored

Run a tight restaurant floor and want to do it on the Western Australian coast? A well-known hotel near Bunbury needs a Duty Manager who can handle a full house and keep standards high.

No hiding in the office. You lead the front-of-house crew on shift, keep the kitchen and the floor talking, and make sure guests leave happy. You also carry the business side: stock, waste, rosters, cash, cost of goods and payroll. The hotel wants restaurant management experience, not just supervising.

The job is full-time and permanent. Evenings, weekends, school holidays and public holidays come with it, and that is essential. Sponsorship is considered for the right candidate.

Put your years managing a restaurant at the top of your English CV, then your RSA and other tickets. Mzansi managers can sort out a no-nonsense CV with Build AI CV and apply.
