The job is hands-on. You prep and cook to a high standard and you take direction from the senior chefs. The kitchen is quick and the guests expect a lot. You also get a say in budgets and menu development where you know your stuff. Shifts rotate, weekends and public holidays included.

Key Responsibilities
- Prep and cook food to a high standard on the senior chefs' direction

Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualified with at least 12 months of relevant experience behind you, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you are not
- Experience on budgets and menu development within your area of expertise
- You follow direction and keep standards high
- You like a fast-paced hospitality floor and you have a proper passion for food
- You want to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Strong teamwork and communication, guests first, pride in your craft and room in your week for a rotating roster with weekends and public holidays
