Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualified with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or at least 3 years of relevant experience if you are not trade qualified
- Experience handling budgets and menu development in your area of expertise
- Can take direction and keep standards high
- Up for fast-paced hospitality, with a genuine passion for food
- Ready to learn, develop and grow professionally
- Strong at teamwork and communication, guest-first, proud of your craft and flexible on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays
