Chef de Partie
Visa sponsorship
Hospitality · Melbourne, VIC, Australia · Full-Time · $70,000/yr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Here is a straight offer for a cook who can hold a station. A French bistrot and wine bar in a coastal town in the Melbourne region wants a Chef de Partie to manage a section and work right next to the Head Chef.
No shortcuts in this kitchen. The cooking follows proper French classical technique, uses top local produce and puts big, generous flavour on every plate, with dishes done properly from start to finish. The room is laid-back and friendly, and the team is small and close.
It is a full-time job, and there is flexibility to discuss the contract. Sponsorship is on the table only later: the employer mentions it for the right applicant after 18 months in the role, subject to eligibility and applicable immigration requirements.
Mzansi chefs, show your real kitchen record on paper. A strong English CV should list each station you have run and the years you put in. Get your station-by-station CV sorted with Build AI CV.
