Straight to it. A boutique aged and community care provider in Darwin, NT needs a Community Registered Nurse who can work independently with clients and still pull together with a team.
The job is practical nursing. You assess clients, write their care plans, manage wounds, give and chart medication and help with personal care. You also stand up for your clients, and you work as an extension of a multidisciplinary team with senior clinicians behind you.
The provider says it is able to offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency for the right candidates, so you need to be living in Australia to be in line for it.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients, looking at social, emotional, physical and environmental needs
- Write care plans that are clinically appropriate, with wound management included
- Keep documentation complete
- Give and chart medication
- Help residents with personal care
- Stand up for clients with a premium level of care and support
Requirements & Eligibility
- Must hold a relevant degree qualification
- Must hold Current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Must hold a current Australian driver's licence and a current National Criminal History Check
