Straight up, this is a job for people who care. A national community nursing, disability and aged care provider is growing in Mandurah, WA, and needs Home Care Employees on the ground.
You will head into clients' homes and help them stay independent, with dignity and a good quality of life. The service never shuts, running 24/7, so expect mixed shifts with active nights in the rotation. No nursing or home care background? It is preferred, not essential, so you can still put your hand up. Visa sponsorship is on offer for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on personal and clinical care in clients' own homes
- Proper paperwork, with care plans kept spot on
- Straight, clear communication with clients, families and health teams
- Safety, dignity and well-being on every single visit
- Shift work across the roster, active nights included
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
- Current National Criminal History Check, plus First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Nursing Registration (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, comfortable on digital systems for care notes and communication
- Nursing or home care experience, preferred but not essential
