Straight talk, a rural health service in regional New South Wales needs a Registered Nurse, full-time, across emergency, acute and aged care.
You would work alongside experienced nursing leaders, inside a multidisciplinary team, practising to your full scope. Subclass 482 visa sponsorship is on the list of considerations for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse patients safely and with compassion, using the evidence, in ED, acute and aged care settings
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care with patients, their carers and the multidisciplinary team
- Cover Nurse in Charge duties for ED (including triage), acute and aged care
- Back quality improvement work
- Keep patients’ experience positive
- Maintain high standards throughout the shift
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse; AHPRA registration must be current
- Capable, confident clinician who handles a rural healthcare environment well
- Can work on your own and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience or willingness as the Nurse in Charge across ED (including triage), acute and aged care
- Patient-centred, with strong communication, clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Immunisation and screening for certain diseases (Category A position)
