Registered nurses with ICU or critical care time behind them: a private hospital in Sydney wants you. It runs an established intensive care unit and is hiring on permanent terms, full-time and part-time. The work is caring for patients in a critical condition, next to intensivists and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities
- Nurse patients who are critically ill or complex, start to finish
- Carry out advanced assessments and keep clinical monitoring going
- Pick up on changes in a patient's condition and act at once
- Deal with complex clinical situations and back up emergency interventions
- Work with intensivists, doctors and the multidisciplinary team
- Keep clinical documentation accurate and meet best-practice standards, and help make the unit a positive place to learn and keep improving
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered nurse, with current AHPRA registration
- Previous time working in an intensive care or critical care environment
- Postgraduate qualifications in critical care or intensive care (highly desirable)
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking
- Decision-making skills you can rely on
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A collaborative approach and a passion for patient-centred care
