Requirements & Eligibility
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate
- Aged care experience behind you
- Strong clinical nursing skills and solid knowledge
- Know your way around the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and aged care accreditation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and a team-first approach
- Excellent time management, well organised
- Committed to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy
- High integrity, honesty and professionalism
- Adapt fast when circumstances change and work effectively in a team
- Committed to continuous professional development and quality improvement
- Strong knowledge of clinical nursing practice
