No fluff here. A large, modern community club on the Sunshine Coast needs casual chefs. Expect 35-40 hours a week if you are the right fit.
That kitchen feeds the club's eateries and bars, its events and function centre and its sports bar. You back up the head chef so service flows, you work by the Food Safety Act and the club's food safety system, and you keep every outlet's food at the same high standard. If you have cooked bistro food, say so.
Here is how it works. You start casual. When the trial period goes well, the employer will consider sponsorship for the right applicant. You need Australian work rights when you apply.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum three years on the line in a commercial kitchen
- Bistro cuisine experience desirable
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Honest, reliable and up for top-class service
- A team player who multitasks and holds up under pressure
- Time management is essential, and you look neat, tidy and well presented at all times
- Required: Australian work authorisation when you apply
