Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 12 months' previous experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant or commercial kitchen
- Strong food prep, cooking and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Good time management and the ability to work under pressure in busy service periods
- Strong organisational skills and able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude, reliability and pride in delivering quality food
