Straight to it. A busy Sydney kitchen that cooks over fire with proper produce is expanding and needs a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef. Junior or seasoned, at either level, you can put your hand up.
Expect hard, fast services and a small crew that pushes itself. Some shifts are in the restaurant and some are at once-off events in different spots, and the food has to hit the same high mark every time.
Know this up front, the job is open only to applicants already in Australia with working rights.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven graft in professional kitchens
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a chef
- Going for Sous Chef? You need a minimum of 6 months in that role
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience highly regarded
- Hatted or award-winning restaurant background highly regarded
- Consistency, attention to detail and pride in high-quality food that meets high client expectations
- Able to run small events and prep independently
- Positive attitude, solid work ethic and team mindset
- Valid NSW driver's licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and you take initiative
- Australian working rights required; visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates
- Juniors and experienced chefs both considered
