Good chefs are needed in Brisbane. A hotel venue is taking on chefs at every level, full-time, part-time or casual.
The menu is no small job. Grills, seafood, pub classics, share plates, fresh pasta and wood-fired pizza all come out of one fast kitchen. The senior head chefs call the direction. You bring the organisation, the punctuality and the reliability, and you handle your own work without hand-holding. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

- Experience with Modern Australian food and traditional pub fare

- Proven time in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong teamwork and keen on a multicultural environment
- Focused and able to follow direction
- Excited by fast-paced kitchens and a passion for learning
- Available and willing for a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
