Good barbers from Mzansi, take note. A fast-growing barbershop business in Sydney has a chair open in each of its three shops, all within about 15 minutes of each other, and more shops are coming.
The shops trade seven days. You work a roster that fits your life, anything from a few days to seven, full-time or part-time. Clients book you from day one.
No two shops are the same. There is a busy walk-in shop near a station, a beachside shop with loyal regulars and an inner-city room. The crew comes from all over the world and likes a laugh. You start with a paid half-day trial and get an answer the same day. Working holiday visa holders are welcome, and visa sponsorship is available for one barber per shop.
