It is owner-operated, so you will be cutting next to the boss, and the customer list is growing. That means room to move up as the shop grows. You need to be able to manage yourself, work without someone checking on you and get on with a multicultural team. Hours are 35 to 40 a week.
The shop is an accredited employer for the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV), and visa sponsorship support is available if required for a suitable candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cut hair with quality and speed
- Trim hair neatly
- Do beard shaves
- Trim beards and moustaches
- Recommend haircuts and advise on products for hair
- Clean the gear, your station and the shop after every cut
- Open and close up when needed, working with minimal supervision in a multicultural team
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year in a barbershop
- Proven at delivering a quality zero fade and beard trim every time
- Experienced with blades for beard shaving
- Skilled in hair styling and settings
- Well presented and professional
- Good communication skills
