Let's keep it simple. This is an early-start Baker job in Western Australia's South West, at a well-known bakery in a growing coastal town. Bunbury is the nearest main city.
You'll be on the bread side with the Bread Team Leader and the Production Manager. The bakery wants someone keen to learn more and grow a baking career, not just clock in.
Hours are 2am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday: 4 days, 38 hours a week, overtime if necessary and weekends off. Sponsorship is available for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
- Mix white doughs
- Shape the sourdough
- Run the three level bread oven when baking sourdough
- Roll out puff pastry
- Keep stock under control
- Know how sourdough ferments and work with it
- Know how croissant dough ferments and work with it
Requirements & Eligibility
- Real, demonstrated passion for quality cabinet products
- Team experience and excellent communication
- Experience in preparation, service and kitchen management
- Volume bakery experience, including running a commercial bread oven
- Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking, or equivalent
- HACCP experience desirable; high emphasis on food hygiene
- Positive attitude, energetic work ethic, ability to adapt and to work very early
