Workforce Development Advisor

Community Services · Wellington, New Zealand · Full-Time · $84,000 - $95,000/yr · Visa: Ask us

Wellington needs a Workforce Development Advisor. It is full-time and based in New Zealand, at a community job and skills hub.

The organisation behind the hub backs children, families and communities. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well. Get people into work and training, and grow partnerships with employers, education providers and community groups.

You are the connector and the advocate. You build relationships that last and open pathways for people across the region, including diverse Pacific communities. If you have done employment services or recruitment work back in Mzansi, you know the drill.

Your CV needs to show it. List the people you placed, the employers you worked with and the programmes you ran, in plain English. Get a workforce advisor CV sorted with Build AI CV and send it off.
