Key Responsibilities
- Pin down the causes of defects and damage in reports clients are happy with
- Write scopes of works
- Keep billings current
- Get out on site for inspections
- Deal with all stakeholders
- Do structural design and drafting for timber, steel and concrete structures
- Draw designs up in AutoCAD
- Stay on top of every technical detail in a building

- High level of English writing and structural analytical skills, highly regarded
