No frills here. A Perth healthcare company wants experienced Registered Nurses, permanent and full-time. It is Western Australian owned. The work is home care, community nursing and DVA services, plus shifts at hospitals and residential aged care facilities the company staffs.
You will be on the move. Placements are in the CBD and on the north and south sides of the river. The Clinical Care Manager is the person you report to.

Key Responsibilities
- Do the full job on nursing care, from assessing and planning to implementing and evaluating, the way accepted nursing practice and standards expect
- Check in with other health professionals, keep patient care coordinated across the healthcare team and get the records and healthcare documentation right every time
- Hand out the medications, therapies and treatments each care plan lists and keep an eye on how they work
- Drive health promotion, pitch in on patient education, and run the Enrolled Nurses and other healthcare workers under you
- Stick to current clinical standards on every placement, be it a hospital, aged care, home care or community nursing, follow Work Health and Safety legislation, keep infection control standards tight and report a hazard or incident promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration that is current
- A nursing qualification relevant for a Registered Nurse
- Home care and community nursing experience behind you, with minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- National Criminal History Check, current
- Working with Children Check, current, along with NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate, current, and an Infection Control certificate too
- Driver's licence, valid
- Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, current
