This one is for Enrolled Nurses who do the real work at the bedside. Perth, permanent, full-time. You wash, you medicate, you watch how patients respond and you write it down properly, with a Registered Nurse supervising.
The company hiring is Western Australian owned. It runs in-home care, community nursing and DVA services and supplies nurses to hospitals and residential aged care facilities. That means different sites, in the CBD and on either bank of the river. You report to the Clinical Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement nursing care while an RN supervises
- Administer medications and keep an eye on treatment responses
- Pitch in with coordinating patient care, evaluating it, and with health education and promotion activities
- Give direct patient care, personal hygiene assistance too
- Support RNs in patient assessments and clinical procedures, and keep clinical documentation accurate
- Stick to Work Health and Safety legislation, maintain infection control standards and report hazards and incidents promptly
Requirements & Eligibility
- AHPRA registration that is current
- A nursing qualification relevant for an Enrolled Nurse
- Home care and community nursing experience behind you, with minimum one year's full-time relevant experience
- National Criminal History Check, current
- Working with Children Check, current, along with NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Manual Handling Certificate, current, and an Infection Control certificate too
- Driver's licence, valid
- Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, current
