The care runs 24/7 for individuals, families and communities. That means mixed shifts, and active nights are part of it. Your job on each visit is to help the client stay independent and keep their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
- Do clinical and personal care in clients' homes
- Keep accurate records of every visit
- Keep care plans current
- Talk straight and clearly with clients, families and the healthcare team
- Look after safety, dignity and well-being every time you deal with a client
Requirements & Eligibility
- A current Driver's Licence
- A reliable vehicle
- A current National Criminal History Check
- Nursing Registration, if applicable
- First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy, confident on digital systems for care notes & communication
- Experience in nursing or home care, preferred but not essential
