Key Responsibilities
- Run clinical care to each resident's individual plan
- Keep watch on resident health and deal with changes as they happen
- Give medications and keep the clinical paperwork accurate
- Back the care staff and keep standards high, and keep residents, families and the health team in the loop
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is needed
- Aged care experience is highly regarded
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Solid communication and documentation
- Compassion, with residents at the centre of your care
- Commitment to the organisation's values and quality care standards
