This is ward work. You review patients' medicines, reconcile them, counsel patients and give clear medicines information. You work shoulder to shoulder with medical, nursing and allied health teams, and you help drive medication safety and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Run clinical pharmacy services on the wards
- Review and reconcile patients' medication
- Counsel patients and give medicines information
- Back safe, effective medication management
- Work with medical, nursing and allied health teams and drive quality improvement and medication safety work
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility to obtain it
- Australian or New Zealand internship completed, in progress or nearly complete
- Overseas pharmacists with relevant experience also encouraged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
