Here's a solid kitchen job for a Mzansi chef who likes pressure, or any chef who does. A wedding and events venue near Wollongong, NSW wants a full-time Chef de Partie in its catering team, starting immediately.
No small plates here. You'll cook European menus for weddings and events, the services are big and quick, and you'll lead a section and bring juniors along. The venue is part of a five-venue wedding group and wants a chef who'll stick around. Do that and there's a road to Sous Chef.
Eligible candidates can get visa sponsorship through Subclass 482 Skills in Demand. Send your CV plus a few photos of your plating.

Key Responsibilities
- Run your section through prep and service at weddings and events
- Work through menus, tastings and seasonal changes with the Head Chef
- Keep food safety, ordering and stock under control and train up junior chefs and kitchen hands
- Head out to other venues to deliver catering
Requirements & Eligibility
- 3 years' culinary experience with CDP time or work as a strong Demi
- Can plate for large numbers and keep quality up
- Food safety certification or able to get it within 30 days of starting; Drivers License required
