Chefs, here is a straight one. A busy Shepparton pub wants experienced cooks on a casual basis for summer. Fast service, hearty pub food, fresh homemade dishes, plus functions and events.
You will work lunch and dinner services and keep the food consistent from bistro to function room. It is hands-on. You work as a team or it does not work.
Do the job well and there is more. A permanent full-time position is possible for the right person, and sponsorship may be considered after 6 months of employment, subject to eligibility, performance, business requirements and approval.

Key Responsibilities
- Work the line through lunch and dinner rushes
- Get quality food out the door consistently for bistro and functions, as part of a hands-on crew
Requirements & Eligibility
- Previous commercial kitchen experience
- Trade qualifications preferred
- Know your food safety well
- Know your kitchen standards
- Happy to work a flexible roster, including weekends
- Reliable, positive and solid in a team
- Comfortable when service gets busy
