Run your own branch. An automotive glass company that has been going for more than 30 years needs a Branch Manager in Alice Springs, NT. It serves insurance, fleet, retail and trade customers across Australia.
The team is small. Two qualified fitters and one highly experienced leading hand. You lead them, you own the branch, and senior management backs you. If you have managed a workshop, a shop floor, trade operations or a service department in Mzansi, your experience is relevant. The employer is approved under the Northern Territory DAMA and can provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates.
Full-Time. $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Run the branch day to day, keep an eye on financial performance against budget and make operations efficient
- Sort rosters, coach the team, manage performance and keep the workshop culture positive
- Look after inventory, stock control and local supplier relationships so product is always available, and grow insurance, fleet, retail and trade accounts with strong service on the phone and in person
- Keep WHS standards strict, the store secure and admin records accurate, and pitch in on basic automotive glass fitting or repairs when it is busy (on-the-job training provided)
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven track record as a Branch Manager, Workshop Manager, Operations Manager, Service Manager or Retail Manager
- Strong communication skills
- Team management, business awareness and computer skills
- A current valid driver's licence (mandatory)
- If a visa is needed, nomination under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO 142111
- If a visa is needed, relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility
