Qualified welders, boilermakers and pipefitters from Mzansi and beyond, this one is worth your time. A welding and fabrication business in Brisbane, Queensland, is hiring special class welders, boilermakers and pipefitters full-time.
No surprises in the work. Welders use GMAW (STT), FCAW and GTAW. Pipefitters put together pipes, gaskets, valves and the equipment around them, built to a range of specifications. You will work stainless and carbon steel, and you will work off drawings.
They want leaders, not just hands. You need a trade qualification, solid planning, clear verbal communication and a high level of technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Weld in GMAW (STT), FCAW and GTAW
- Assemble pipes, gaskets, valves and associated equipment to spec

Requirements & Eligibility
- Trade qualified (a trade qualification is preferred if you are a pipefitter)
- Professional welding and fabrication experience; pipefitters bring pipe laying experience
- Stainless and carbon steel experience and able to read and interpret drawings
- Strong leadership, high-level technical knowledge, excellent planning and good verbal communication
- Australian work rights or sponsorship eligibility
