Let us be straight. This is a management job for a qualified nurse. A Perth care provider working in disability support and nursing is hiring a permanent, full-time Service Manager, and it wants an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse in the seat.
You will run the care side of the business. Plans built around each client, support workers who know what they are doing, client funds handled properly and a service that stands up to NDIS regulations and government standards. Families and health professionals will deal with you directly.

Key Responsibilities
- Run care coordination for clients with disability, built on person-centred support plans
- Lead and mentor support workers, and keep them trained for complex client needs
- Hold the service to NDIS regulations and government standards
- Handle service delivery and client funds properly
- Keep client documentation and assessments thorough
- Work with clients, families and health professionals on support plans and keep those relationships strong
Requirements & Eligibility
- Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse; must be registered with AHPRA
- Proven disability care experience, ideally within the NDIS framework, and/or aged care
- Strong leadership and people management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with people from all backgrounds
- Commitment to high clinical care and compliance standards
- Knows the NDIS and has handled clients with complex needs
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate under 3 years old and a valid driver's licence
