A Sydney aged care home wants a Registered Nurse who knows the job. You assess residents, manage medications, lead the care staff and keep the place running to the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Here is the catch. Hiring is onshore, so you must live in Australia now and hold current AHPRA registration. If you qualify and meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements, the employer offers sponsorship on a 482 or 494 visa.

Key Responsibilities
- Run resident assessments and plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care
- Handle medication rounds and watch health and wellbeing
- Put together individual care plans with the multidisciplinary team
- Lead and back the nursing team
- Stick to legislation, regulations and organisational policies
- Talk straight with residents, families and the care team
- Keep care person-centred
Requirements & Eligibility
- Registered Nurse, current AHPRA registration: essential
- Living in Australia right now: essential
- A minimum of 1 year in aged care or similar healthcare, with significant experience
- Strong clinical skills with older adults and their diverse health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, compassion and a person-centred approach
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
