No fluff here. A 90-bed private hospital in Sydney wants full-time Registered Surgical Nurses who have worked in surgical or rehabilitation nursing. The patients are mostly orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiac cases.
You would work across a surgical ward and well-run inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. The job is about solid clinical care built around each patient, accurate notes that meet regulatory rules, straight communication with doctors, allied health teams, patients and families, and leading from the front.
Sponsorship is considered. Full working rights are essential too, so the role is open to nurses already in Australia who hold them.
