Keen on aged care nursing in the Top End? A growing provider in Darwin, NT, wants Registered Nurses for full-time work in its community aged care service.
The job is hands-on clinical work: assessments, care plans, wound care, medicines, notes. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, and senior clinicians mentor the nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Do clinical assessments and draw up individual care plans
- Handle wound care, give medication and keep clinical paperwork in order
- Keep track of residents' health and react when care needs change
- Back residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing, and stand up for them
- Work with the multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, quality care and good clinical outcomes
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant nursing qualifications
- Experience in community aged care, from a previous role
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Strong care planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights
