Here is the work. You cook a broad menu and keep every plate sharp. You run your own section. You build new dishes with the Head Chef. You show junior cooks the ropes. Hygiene rules are followed to the letter. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Cook a broad menu of creative dishes and keep presentation sharp
- Hold food quality, presentation and service to the top standard
- Build new menu items and tweak existing recipes with the Head Chef
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to the letter
- Run your own section, keep the kitchen ticking over and show junior kitchen staff the ropes
- Pitch in at regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years cooking as a Chef in a quality restaurant that moves fast
- Formal culinary training, or a relevant hospitality qualification
- Excellent cooking skills
- Close attention to detail and presentation on every plate
- Thorough grip of hygiene and food safety practices
- Strong teamwork plus solid communication skills
- A passion for local, seasonal ingredients
- Ability to adapt and do well when a busy kitchen is under high pressure
