Switchboard Electrician & HV/MV Electrical Engineer
Trade · Loganholme, Brisbane QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $80,000/yr
Every switchboard that leaves this Loganholme factory gets tested, checked and signed off before it goes out to a mine, utility or industrial site. The business makes and engineers electrical equipment in Australia, it is growing, and it now needs two kinds of specialists on its technical team.
Switchboard Electricians check, build and commission boards, motor control centres and switchrooms across the low, medium and high voltage range. HV/MV Electrical Engineers look after the engineering side of switchgear, substation, power distribution and protection work.
482 visa sponsorship is offered to the successful Electrical Engineer, and people who already hold a Subclass 482 visa can apply. Electricians from South Africa should check the Queensland licence requirement below before applying.
