A premium car brand is arriving in Australia, and someone has to make local buyers care about it. That is the job for this Senior Brand & Marketing Manager in Sydney NSW: take a worldwide brand promise and turn it into a sharp, distinctive local presence while laying the marketing groundwork for a growing business.
Working with senior leadership, you will shape market-entry plans, launch activity and joined-up customer campaigns that link brand ambition to commercial results you can measure. The scope is wide: new models and technology stories, digital engagement, showroom experience and the full customer lifecycle. It suits a seasoned marketer who likes ownership, shifts easily between strategy and execution and wants to build, improve and influence in a business still taking shape.

- Plan and run launches for the brand, its vehicles, model variants and fresh propositions
- Turn the global brand direction into Australian marketing that feels local
- Build joined-up campaigns across retail, experiential, content, CRM, media, social and digital channels

- Team up with PR and communications on launches and brand reputation
- Create premium events, partnerships, sponsorships and customer activations, plus dealer and retail initiatives that lift sales and keep the brand consistent
- Work with sales, product, aftersales, customer experience and network teams on initiatives in the market
- Run creative, media, digital and specialist agencies, giving them clear briefs, timelines, deliverables and performance targets
- Control marketing budgets so resources go where they work best, track campaign results and report them to senior leadership
- Look for ways to lift engagement, campaign effectiveness and return on investment, build practical processes, frameworks and reporting, and help the marketing team grow with the business
