Scaffolder

Between 40–60 hours a week, ongoing work and attractive overtime conditions are on offer for suitable scaffolding workers joining an expanding team in Perth.
There is room for both experienced Scaffolders and people making their start as a Scaffold Labourer. Either way, the employer will look closely at your hands-on ability, your tickets and how dependable you are, and expects you to take site safety seriously and fit into a professional workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Put up, modify and take down scaffolding following approved procedures
- Get scaffolding jobs done safely and efficiently across construction sites
- Inspect scaffold components and gear before use and while in use, and flag any hazards or unsafe conditions
- Work safely at height, using the right fall protection and personal protective gear
- Read site requirements and act on instructions from supervisors
- Team up with scaffold crews and other construction workers
- Keep gear and work areas tidy and finish allocated tasks to quality and safety standards
Requirements & Eligibility
- Scaffolders: a current White Card, a current Working at Heights ticket and a current Scaffolding ticket/licence
- Scaffolders: relevant hands-on scaffolding experience and practical trade skills you can demonstrate
- Scaffolders: a strong commitment to workplace safety and the physical ability to handle scaffolding duties
- Scaffolders: reliable attendance, a professional attitude and good teamwork
- Scaffold Labourers: a current White Card
- Scaffold Labourers: a Working at Heights ticket is preferred; without one, candidates may perform ground-level duties only
- Scaffold Labourers: construction or labouring experience is advantageous
- Scaffold Labourers: good physical fitness and the ability to do manual work
- Scaffold Labourers: reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Scaffold Labourers: willing to learn and build scaffolding skills
- Scaffold Labourers: able to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Scaffold Labourers: a positive, team-minded attitude
