Rope Access Technician

Trade · Auckland, New Zealand · Full-Time · $30 - $36.50/hr · Visa: Employer sponsored
Rope access tradies, this one is worth your time. A commercial property maintenance outfit with over 20 years in New Zealand wants five Rope Access Technician hands, permanent and full time, working on buildings at height.
You will not sit in one spot. The job swings between greater Auckland and Christchurch as work comes in, with regular travel, nights away and the odd quick trip to another region.
The contract locks in a minimum of 70 hours a fortnight. Most weeks are 40 hours, on days from 7am to 5pm Monday to Saturday or on nights from 6pm to 2am Monday to Thursday. You see the roster roughly a week before. Industry training and further IRATA levels are there if you want to climb.
The outfit is an accredited employer, so it can sponsor, and it asks IRATA-qualified abseilers who are overseas right now to get in touch.
