Restaurant manager

Hospitality · Indooroopilly, Brisbane QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $40/hr

Evenings only, 4:00pm to 9:30pm, with no early starts or split shifts: that is the schedule for this Restaurant Manager at a quality venue in Indooroopilly, Brisbane QLD. The job is to be the face of the floor, the leader guests see and the person who makes them want to come back.

You will set the tone in the room, connect with diners, back and motivate the front-of-house crew and find practical ways to lift both the guest experience and revenue. The owners expect a measurable result: helping grow restaurant sales by roughly 15–20% within the first three months. Depending on experience and performance, the role may become full-time.
