You will be part of the daily kitchen operation, turning out quality pizzas while keeping prep efficient, food handling safe and service consistent.

Key Responsibilities
- Make dough, sauces, toppings and other pizza components ahead of service
- Bake pizzas to the set recipes and quality standard, using the same prep, cooking and presentation methods every time
- Run commercial pizza ovens safely at the right temperatures
- Stay on top of prep before and during service, keeping quality steady when it gets busy
- Follow the food safety, hygiene and sanitation rules
- Keep the pizza bench clean, tidy and ready to go
- Portion accurately and cut down on waste
- Handle dietary needs and special requests properly
- Work hand in hand with the chefs and kitchen staff, communicating professionally throughout service
- Help out with general kitchen tasks when needed
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated time as a Pizza Chef or in a similar commercial kitchen role
- Proven, practical pizza-making skill, with strong know-how in dough, toppings, sauces and pizza production
- Has used commercial pizza ovens, including wood-fired or gas-fired ones
- Understands Australian-style food safety and hygiene expectations
- Keeps food quality steady under pressure, with a keen eye for detail and presentation
- Works well inside a professional kitchen team
- Dependable, flexible and professional
- Can give genuine proof of relevant work and industry experience
- Relevant hospitality or food-handling qualifications are advantageous
- Must satisfy the applicable visa sponsorship requirements where relevant
