Leading Hand Cabinetmaker
Trade · Townsville, Northern QLD, Australia · Full-Time · $42/hr
Picture a working day split between the bench and the team: building cabinetry and joinery yourself while keeping a small production crew and its apprentices on track. That is the Leading Hand role on offer at an established cabinetry and joinery business in Townsville, Northern Queensland, which needs two trade-qualified Cabinetmakers.
The employer wants practical skill and leadership that can be shown and checked, not just listed on a CV. You stay hands-on while keeping the workshop running smoothly, and the role is a chance to turn your trade record into long-term leadership in Australia.
South African cabinetmakers should know that trades are usually assessed again in Australia, so keep your trade certificate and work references close.
