Key Responsibilities
- Cut, style and colour hair to a professional level, including balayage, creative colour and colour correction treatments
- Talk with each client to work out what their hair needs, then create a colour and style that suits them
- Keep your technical work consistent and to a high standard
- Give every client attentive, professional service
- Work as part of the salon team
- Take part in ongoing training and stay on top of new trends and techniques
- Get involved in creative projects, events and salon activities
- Keep your workspace clean, tidy and professional
- Bring your skills to every appointment, from consultation to finish
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of professional hairdressing experience, including time in a premium or high-end salon
- Proven technical skill in balayage and creative colour
- Has handled colour correction work
- Strong cutting and styling ability
- Consults with clients confidently, backed by good communication and people skills
- Professional with clients
- Creative, with a keen eye for detail
- Works well within a professional team
- Keen to keep developing your technical skills
- Able to provide evidence of professional experience and skills; sponsorship available for the right candidate
